The Durban Chamber Foundation (DCF) is a local non-profit organization established under the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI). The DCF’s main objective is to ensure the implementation of workplace interventions to mitigate the impact of HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis (TB) in partnership with businesses, the public sector, civil societies and faith-based organizations. To provide TB and HIV education to 200 employees, 100 managers, and 240 peer educators. This will be accomplished through Awareness Workshops and TB screenings. Likewise, the program will be incorporated into an Employee Wellness Program (EWP) that also offer blood pressure, blood sugar screening tests and ensure all employees have access to HCT and TB testing.
