Siyathuthuka Women Organisation is a non-profit organization (NPO) founded in 2000 in eMondlo, KwaZulu-Natal (KZN). Siyathuthuka was established to help combat tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS in the community. The organization provides health services to clients who are on medication and those who are terminally ill at their homes. They have 25 caregivers within the organization serving a community of +/-150 TB patients. Siyathuthuka works closely with Bhekumthetho clinic, Thembumusa Clinic Mondlo 2 Clinic and Social Development.

To reduce the number of people infected with TB and HIV/AIDS. Their goals is to conduct health education on TB/HIV around the community amongst family members; conduct community TB and HIV/AIDS awareness programs and to provide integrated basic care for TB and HIV/AIDS clients.
